Common Buckeye's were everywhere in the garden with a high count of 12 just on Mountain Mint and another 10 on Hyssop in one small area. Well over 50 in the gardens between front and back. 3rd Red-spotted Purple in 2 days which had been a FOY on 8/30 for me. Skippers are also in high numbers- most are sachems. Brazilian Skipper caterpillars, Spicebush Swallowtails and Question Mark cats continue in the yard.
