my yard NABA #1151 & Monarch Waystation #8318
Cape May County, NJ

An awesome November 2 digit day of butterflies. A Clouded Skipper found by HT and then, HT & SG found a Long-tailed Skipper and 2 fresh Brazilian Skippers. They went onto find Ocola and Gray Hairstreak. Always great to have visitors to my yard. Best times now to visit are between 11 AM and 2 PM due to sun angles. Sunny, low 70's and little wind. Continue to have great numbers of Monarchs for this time of year with a small roost in the cherry tree last night. (thanks to HT for the Clouded Skipper picture).

[What a day at Beth's wonderful garden! Harvey, although usually of sunny disposition, does have his cloudy moments. We have had three reports of cloudy sk in 2020, all of which were posted by Harvey. This cloudless sk report establishes a new record LOY (old record 11/5/19). - jm]
