9:45 - 12:00. 300 ETB's is conservative. One puddle, one moist ex-puddle, and one dry ex-puddle respectively hosted 70, 60, and 60. No matter where I was, a 360 degree look was bound to reveal today's ubiquitous bfly. There are bunches of cedars here, and any time I staked one out juniper hs' would flush from high up, usually in pairs, and dogfight. Only one ever came close to the ground. Two of the sleepys were fresh females.

[Sounds like a great scene and a wonderful day! jc]
