Sighting for June 15, 2022

Harvey Tomlinson

Dennis Creek WMA
Cape May County, NJ

It was Odes and Toads today at this location. The butterfly numbers and species have crashed here from just a few days ago even though the nectar is abundant.
The grass skipper below is Skipper sp. I'm leaning towards N Broken Dash over Dun mostly because of the faint tawny tones along the leading edge of the FW.

[Comments welcomed for IDs of HT's superb shot of a difficult skipper. jc]
