Interesting that white-m's seem to cluster in our garden. Today 3 of 4 found were together at top of blooming seaside goldenrod. As usual, cloudless hard to count as they drift in and out of yard. 4 was high count of cloudless present all at once.

The huge numbers of monarchs and buckeyes may be a thing of the past here. Long-tailed skipper was in perfect shape. One can often get close to the eagles that frequent this spot and get photos even with quaint little point-and-shoots like mine.

The little yellows appear to have dispersed from the rr tracks and can now be found along Freidrieckstadt Ave. and one as far as the intersection of 610 and 550. All were active and 5 of the six that I had good looks at were fresh.
